Decided to have a treat for breakfast that was 740 cals. But I am planning light lunch and dinner, so the day shouldn't be more than 1400 cals or so.

2/21 Food

Lunch: 250 Lean Cal Pocket, 100 cal Dr. Pepper, 120 cal baked cheetos, 80 cal thin mint cookies. Must eat a light dinner. Total = 550 calories

Dinner: Let's not get into the details of who ate what and who had a craving for where...let's just say it totaled 1,040 calories.

I suck.

2/21 gym

Renting a locker at the YMCA is like trying to get the nuclear codes from the President so you can win a scavenger hunt.



15 minutes on the elliptical this morning.


22 minutes on the elliptical this afternoon. Would have been twenty but I wanted to get the even two miles in.

2/21 weight

285.8 this morning.

2/20 Food

Lunch: 320 cal Lean Cuisine S&S chicken, 80 cal 2 thin mint cookies = 400 calories

I also had a few bites of bread. I'll call it 60 calories just to be safe.

Dinner: Chicken Breast = 380 calories. Potato = 160 cals. can Dr. Pepper = 150 calories. Snack Pack of Reese's = 100 calories. Total = 790 calories

Total for the day = 1250 calories.

2/20 Gym

15 minutes on elliptical trainer this morning.

15 minutes outdoors walking (slow pace).

15 more minutes on the elliptical this evening.
