As I'm getting married on 5/31/08 it seemed a good time to begin trying to lose some weight. I started this at 305.3 Today I finally am supposed to start going to the gym along with dieting. This morning I was 286.0. Going forward I hope to keep the running log of what the scale says each morning and what I ate the day before and how I exercised.
So come along on this journey. Let's see what happens.
